Extract the downloaded zip file.
Install this per User not per machine. This is the way the normal GoTo Opener installer would do its stuff.
GoToOpener.msi /qn /L* "%temp%LogMeIn GoTo Opener 1.0.470.log" /norestart
Remember to deinstall the programm in user context because normally it is installed per user and not per machine.
msiexec.exe /x {351B54B2-1AFC-42A7-A8C0-9E05C26F0D1E} /qn /norestart
