First extract the MSI files with following command.

QuickTimeInstaller.exe /extract

then install it with

AppleSoftwareUpdate.msi /qn /L* "%temp%Apple Software Update 2.1.3.127.log" /norestart ALLUSERS=2

MsiExec.exe /x {789A5B64-9DD9-4BA5-915A-F0FC0A1B7BFE} /qn /norestart
